Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MocklySprint in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the platform.
2. Description of Service
MocklySprint is an AI-conducted mock interview platform. You configure an interview by selecting a profile and skills and, optionally, uploading a resume and job description; you then take a live, voice-based interview with an AI interviewer, after which we generate a scored feedback report. MocklySprint is a practice tool intended to help you prepare — it does not guarantee any interview or job outcome.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must register with accurate information and verify your email via a one-time passcode to use MocklySprint. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are currently self-registered by candidates; a single administrator account manages platform configuration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MocklySprint only for lawful, personal interview practice. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or bypass its security, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
MocklySprint is currently free to use while we are in early access. We plan to introduce paid plans in the future; when we do, we will update these terms with pricing, billing, and cancellation details before any charges apply.
6. Intellectual Property
MocklySprint and its underlying software, question sets, and branding are our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the resume, job description, and interview answers you provide; by submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to generate questions and your feedback report.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
MocklySprint is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Interview questions, scores, and feedback are AI-generated and may be incomplete or imperfect — they are a practice aid, not professional career or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
You may stop using MocklySprint and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be finalized], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This section will be completed once our business registration and legal jurisdiction are confirmed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as MocklySprint evolves, particularly as we finalize our policies ahead of public launch. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do, and continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
